There are four Brownie units, plus the unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital
- 7th St Pancras (All Hallows) Brownies: Gospel Oak, Monday nights.
- Leaders are Sarah Hammond, Lyndsey Jenkins and Tracey Beames.
- 3rd Holborn Brownies: Holborn, Monday nights.
- Leaders are Rachel Morgan, Su-Yin Koay, and Rebecca Loader.
- 1st Covent Garden Brownies: Covent Garden, Wednesday nights.
- Leaders are Malvika and Zoe
- 8th St Pancras Brownies: Kentish Town, Friday nights.
- Leaders are Jane Berry, Clare Bourke, Elisabeth Morgan, Kirsty Lowson, Dammy Pinheiro, and Breege Diver
