June 2011 - Division Brownie Camp and Holiday
40 Brownies from the Division recently went to Paccar Scout Camp at Chalfont Heights. 12 were brave enough to sleep outdoors despite the pouring rain, and all tried crate stacking, climbing or abseiling and a fantastic Wide Game. There wasn't much sleep on the first night, but there was lots on the second.
Region Camp at Paxmead 2011
Several Guides went camping at Paxmead as part of a big camp organised by Girl Guiding LaSER
Centenary Celebrations 2009-2010
As part of the Centenary Celebrations, members of Girl Guiding Saint Pancras took part in a tree planting exercise up at Sarratt, helping plant over 500 tress. We also had our own Division camp and sleepover up there, as well as taking part in the County Camp and Holiday at Foxlease (over 100 girls were there, and 1/4 were from Saint Pancras Division. Each section also had its own special event. The Rainbows went to a Princess Party; the Brownies took over the Stage outside City Hall, as well as taking over the Tracks on a special chartered steam train to Windsor; the Guides created Murder, Mystery and Mayhem staying overnight on the Golden Hinde; and the Senior Section spent two nights up at Northern Heights, learning how to cook omelettes in bags over an open fire, trying ceilidh dancing and wood burning, and learning about what it takes to be an In4mer.
